Challenge: Connect the community of brick and mortar shoppers to the new website and optimize the experience according to their shopping preferences.
Solution: As a result of ongoing research and design efforts, this website experienced exponential growth, starting with $8M and then doubling to $16M the following year. Key UI improvements led to a 17% increase in conversion YOY and a 7% decrease in the abandoned cart rate.
